Refunds
When money comes back, and when it was never taken.
Before you pay, nothing is charged
We check first and stop before the checkout, so nothing is charged, when:
- every study slot is busy;
- the address is in a state we don’t cover yet;
- we can’t place the address.
After you pay, refunds are automatic
You get the full amount back, without asking, when:
- the study can’t start;
- the study fails or stops without finishing;
- the amount charged doesn’t match the order.
We email you when it happens. The refund goes back through Stripe to the card you paid with.
Feasa usage
A top-up adds Feasa usage to one study. Usage you’ve paid for and haven’t used isn’t refunded. If a top-up can’t be added to your study, it’s refunded automatically.
