The plain version of what you are buying and how it works.
What a study is
A Feasa study is a written report about one property. It is researched against the jurisdiction’s own current rules and reports what those rules allow there and what stands in the way. A Fullscope adds costs, fees and a budget, the civic record, and copies of the county records it used.
The research and the writing are done by an AI model working from those rules and records.
What a study is not
- It designs nothing. It does not draw plans or propose a building.
- It is not a permit, a survey or an approval from the jurisdiction.
- A Quick lookup gives no verdict; it lists the zoning, overlays and obvious constraints.
Where we sell
Only in the states the order form lists. If an address is somewhere else, we stop before any payment.
How an order works
- You pay on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Nothing is charged, and nothing runs, until that goes through.
- The study then runs on its own. We email you when it is ready, and it stays on your dashboard.
- Times on the order form are ranges, not guarantees.
- A Feasibility study or a Fullscope lets you ask questions about it. The answers come only from that study.
